I would give White Oaks Townhomes a B+ . The 3 best things are; 1. garage 2. Full size washer/dryer IN UNIT 3. Dishwasher The cupboards are beautiful BUT not usable, unless you keep a ladder in your kitchen! Maintenance is rocky...i have been requesting a repair on a cupboard for 3 yrs...still waiting...BUT when my freezer and dishwasher burned out they fixed it in a jiffy!! It seems their property management staff are always tagging out, and moving on so be ready to deal with somebody different each time you call. One more thing. For a "no pets allowed" property there sure is a lot of loud "service" dogs barking all day in the garage.
