Households must make under a certain amount to qualify. The total annual household gross income is considered. Ā HOUSEHOLD SIZE ANNUAL INCOME LIMIT 1 Person $41,400 2 People $47,280 3 People $53,220 4 People $59,100 5 People $63,840 6 People $68,580 7 People $73,320 8 People $78,060 Income limits subject to change per applicable affordable housing program guidelines. SECURITY DEPOSIT + APPLICATION An application fee of $35/adult and a security deposit equal to one month of rent is due at the time of application. OCCUPANCY The initial maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom unless otherwise stated in the property's Resident Selection Plan, where applicable. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adult persons per unit. Lloyd Management defines a related adult person as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household. General occupancy standards and any federal, state, or local housing ordinances will supersede this policy. UTILITIES Water, sewer, and trash are included with the monthly rent payment. Residents are responsible for gas and electric.
