So far it has been great. Everything is kept clean and easy to get to. I have a corner first floor apartment and I can have guest come in from the sliding door.

Readiness for occupation

I love my apartment, but and so disappointed that a Corporation such as Roers/Risor would allow tenants to move into apartments that were filthy. In any new build apartment or townhome they are throughly cleaned before anyone can move in. That was not the case here. There were/are pieces of sheet rock around, dirt and grime from the finishing. To top it off the microwaves in some units are not totally fastened down and tilt downward when the door is open and you are trying to remove a hot container. I am scared every time I heat some thing in the microwave that I won't be able to stop the dish from sliding out and onto me or the floor I think it would be wise for the company to reimburse, pay for cleaning, or come and clean everything to a livable standard. The staff is fantastic, but I am sure disappointed. Maybe the next people who move in will have cleaned units due to our complaint as the first one moving in.
