Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months’ rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in

Best in Alexandria
We have lived here 10 years and love it. Maintenance responds immediately and is always friendly. It is very quiet here and all the tenants are super friendly. Highly recommended as a peaceful place to live.
My Legacy Experience
On the day we moved in my husband was hospitalized and diagnosed with brain cancer. Management was so accommodating to our movers and our family We have met so many kind people since moving into The Legacy. A move that happened at the right time for us. My husband is unable to do much, and our maintenance crew have been wonderful when called upon to help me out along with our manager who is so friendly.
