The most Ideal Spot
Genuinely have lived in quite a few cities and so far ypsi has definitely turned out to be the one I prefer. The staff here are phenomenal, my apartment is perfect, parking is great, and it’s quiet. I usually don’t come across places that hit all my wants and needs but this place has!!
Decent Place To Live
So far I am very happy with my new place/apt. The remodel that was done is beautiful. Nice hardwood floors and new kitchen cabinets. Plenty of space in all the closets for storage and regular use. The walls are a nice light grey color also and not the typical egg shell white or beige.
Nice Place
Just moved in within the last 90 days, and this place seems pretty great. We had an issue with a broken toilet and they fixed it right away. Keep up the great work guys!

The parking lot looks like a disaster area. Downed branches covering half of it from over a week ago.
