I thin(it's good for people with no kids but I wouldn't recommend it for family's with children

I have lived here for 3 years now, and it has been a great experience. In unit laundry is the best, maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. The pool is great in the summertime. I do wish that there was a playground for the kids to play on though. I do also think that the rent is getting a little high, but that's inflation right? Overall though it has been a wonderful experience, and I would recommend it in the future.

Rent has skyrocketed since ownership change without any upgrades. As a matter of fact, basic items you would expect in an apartment comunnity have been removed

I previously resided here from 2012 through Feb. 2015 when I relocated to Texas. Following retirement I returned and I am extremely satisfied. It is a great location with good amenities and great value for the monthly rent. The staff is exceptional, Tina sets a very high standard having lived here herself as a resident prior to becoming the manager. Josh and Darryl never hesitate to answer and resolve maintenance matters. Josh as a resident is very involved in our safety and demonstrated his commitment after hours when he smelled smoke, he went to each apartment unit and checked until he located the source. I am very happy living here and choose to remain. Thank you.

I really love it here. Everyone is so nice in the office and my house is great too! I like being around all of the nature. :)
