In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

Office staff is great. Hey help me with all my dumb problems. I've never needed used the maintenance staff, but I'm sure they will be great.

It is ok. A lot of door slamming. I don't care for the fumes from the marijuana coming into my apartment. I have copd so it makes it harder for me to breathe.

I have lived there for about one year. The apartments are nice, some of the neighbors are good, others have a lot of drama and cause problems on a regular basis. One thing I would change about the facility is the washer and dryer. The amount you pay for the amount of laundry you can do is ridiculous and you have to run the dryer twice so it costs almost $5 a load.
