Pet residents must have a health check, be up-to-date on vaccinations, and be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. Somerset Park is equipped with a bark park, as well as ample sidewalks for your four-legged friend to run and roam!                                                                                                                       We limit 2 pets per apartment home. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250 per apartment home. Monthly pet rent of $35 will be charged per pet.                                                                                                                                                               While there are no weight limits, there are breed restrictions. We accept all breeds of dogs except the following—or any mixed breed that contains any of the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf Dog Hybrids. *This includes all Pit Bull breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Irish Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, American Bulldog, Pit Bull Bordeaux, and Fila Brasileiro. We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time.*.

I have lived here for almost 1 year. Initially had issues with gnats, the staff were very unhelpful. Amenities like the gym closes at 10pm and residential spaces close at 5pm (most people are not home before 5pm). Rent is too expensive for what you get living here. Overall not impressed.
