I have been here for over 10 years. I enjoy living here, it is only 8 units and everyone knows each other. It is very outdated and needs to be updated. The hallways are a mess.

I've lived here since 2003 off and on a couple of times. It was pretty nice when Vanguard owned it. Things were taken care of immediately and was so clean. When Bill owned it he did a pretty good job for the first few years but was renting to anyone. We've had a few crazies over the years. The building needs updates, appliances, cleaned, and painted. This is all normal stuff that should automatically be done. Also, we should know who we are renting from. Not complaining, but it's getting pretty bad.

We have lived here since 2019. My mother in law has been living here for about the past 10-11 years The building is quiet for the most part. Everyone is very friendly and try to look out for other tenants when possoble.
