nice rural but dated, friendly tenants, nice staff and maintenance people. for the price, I would have expected a few more amenities.

visitors always take residents parking spots leaving us to walk across the whole parking lot.. residents play music loud all hours of the day and night!! Residents have been throwing there cigarette butts off there balcony..
