Shelby Township is awesome

A great place to call home

We’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment itself is great—modern, comfortable, and part of a well-maintained, beautifully landscaped community. The maintenance team is top-notch and always quick to respond, which we really appreciate. The neighborhood feels super safe and friendly, which has made it feel like home. A couple of things to note: We’ve noticed some small unexpected charges (trash bins left out of the garage). I think it's to make the community look cleaner, but it is difficult to leave trash in the garage, especially if you store things in your garage and park your car. Also, if you're on a lower floor, be prepared to hear upstairs neighbors. Overall, it’s a great place to live with a lot of perks. Just keep an eye on the fees and maybe pack some earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
