OVERPRICED, UNDERINSULATED
$1,265.00 a month. $1215 + 50 water bill. Just wait... it gets more expensive in the cooler months. Just recevied a $200 EDISON BILL besause of these POORLY insulated apartments. 1 Person lives here, gone all day, with heat off and still 200$ edison bill. Hope you like hearing every cough , sneeze and step of everyone near by thru the walls and floor. If you like throwing away money..... Dutton is the place. OH, NONE OF YOUR RENT MONEY STAYS IN MICHIGAN!! ITS OWNED OUT OF STATE!!! 3 more months, im out. This place is a poorly built and underinsulated.

Long time residenf
I have lived here going on my 4th year now. When comparing other apartment complexes vs dutton estates, it may not seen like theres a lot of amenaties for families at the complex, but the location is such a great spot youre not far from parks or beaches. The staff is nice. Its very quiet and very nice. Ive liced here since they opened and i love it.

St Clair - Dutton Estates
I've lived here since October, 2022. The staff has been great, I've never had an issue with my neighbors, and you can't beat the location. Maintenance has been very quick to respond and the property is kept in great shape. Rent is a little high, but is understood due to location and lack of other options.
