Briarwood Park

This has always been a delightful community. I've lived here seven (7) years and am very impressed with the management team, especially now. Met the new property manager, Karen, yesterday and she came back again today to ensure I had everything I needed! (Who does that)? Thank you Kaftan crew! Loving it so far!

My partner and I moved in a few months ago and so far it's been great! There have been some minor low-priority maintenance issues, but anytime we've called to get something fixed they have always taken care of it within a few days! Missing the old property manager, but overall, a great complex! Beautiful, quiet and affordable!
