This property would have more potential and a welcoming feel if management and corporate was honest and communicated with the residents with open door policy. Its always a run around with these people and its not fair tonthe residents. Maintenance is the worst thing about this property. Lisa is the best part of this property and this Jen lady always have an excuse.

I am writing this review to warn potential residents about a critical failure in maintenance and resident safety regarding a severe mold issue in my unit. I reported a significant water/moisture issue and resulting mold growth under my [Kitchen/Bathroom] sink on September 15, 2025, which was a known issue even when I moved in. Timeline of Neglect: It took over a month (after 3-4 follow-ups) for the complex to even begin addressing the visible mold. The complex has refused to hire a certified mold remediation professional, opting instead to use unqualified in-house staff. The mold is visibly embedded in the porous cabinet material (not just mildew), meaning this non-professional surface cleanup is inadequate and poses a serious health risk. They have also refused to provide or compensate for temporary housing during the remediation, forcing me to remain in a potentially toxic environment. This failure to act promptly, follow professional safety standards, and provide habitable living conditions is unacceptable. A maintenance issue that directly affects the health of a resident should be treated as an immediate emergency, not ignored for weeks and then addressed with a low-quality, inadequate fix. I advise anyone considering renting here to be aware of the serious maintenance deficiencies and disregard for resident well-being.
