The apartments are very affordable... but you can tell. The carpet had stains when I moved in and the hallways smell like smoke. The washers and dryers are almost always broke but there's a laundromat down the street. Great location, wonderful little town, the AC and the heat work. Neighbors are either screaming at their children or fighting with their spouse. But you get what you pay for and the price is good! Will also add the maintenance guys are very nice and respond super quickly.

Have not had a washer available in over 5 weeks now. It had standing eater sit in it after it jad quit for 2 weeks before ot got emptied out. And now another 3 weeks after that and still not fixed. One reason of choosing this place is because i have no vehicle, and going thru health issues, so having the amenities was important. Cannot get corporate office to answer if we call to inquire, as the managers here can only tell us a ticket had been put in. Have had issues with sewer gas smell also. But they are finally ( after 8 weeks) exploring where the issue may be coming from after maintenance has not been able to pinpoint. Guess we will see if it gets resolved . If not, we will persue further as we know this is a health issue that should have been explored further from the get go. .
