Ramp needed

I have a great parking space but I cant get in the door I used to have a key for. There are7 out of 11 people in my halkway that use wheelchairs or walkers. Our sidevof the building does not have a wheelchair ramp to use. We have to go all the way over to the other side of the building to their ramp. We do not need handicap parking but we need a place in the curb to be knocked down and smoithed so we can enter the sidewalk on our sidebofbthe building. Itbis exhausting to have to carry goods from stores or belongings all the way around. Pleasebput a keypad on our door so we can enter our side of the building.

Maintenance is much better the last few months with Todd

Management and maintenance seem to be better the last few months. Ashley, Andy and Todd are getting things done. I and others are disabled and can't get into my van with the snow not being removed between cars. I am stuck here. Salt should be spread and sidewalk cleared to the garbage dumpster. People leave chairs by the entrance and can't get scooter in door or push door opener. Just need a little help so I can be mobile. My walker does not roll through snow. Happy to have things fixed that we're let go from old management. The carpet in common area and hallways is filthy and stained with animal urine, and who knows what else. We had flooded pipe burst water stains (brown) for over a year. We fear it is unsanitary. With infloor heat it is really stinky. Embarrassing when my family came for Christmas. Some of us would help vacuum if a vacuum was made available. We were glad to be able to decorate the common area for Christmas with management and everyone in the Christmas Spirit. Things are finally back to most people getting along here. Having activities again. Thank you for all you have done.

Gone downhill

Place has gone downhill. We are not allowed to live full lives here. No maintenance. Too hot 80 degrees.
