I truly love living here. Its quiet,the location is great, and the staff is awesome. I love that we have a clubhouse, a pool, and a hot tub. I wish the gym had better equipment and i also wish the tanning bed had new bulbs.

I have loved every part of my experience here at Bear Creek Meadows, from my initial questions and conversation with Megan, to every experience I have had with Brian and Hobie in maintenance since moving in. There isn't a better place to live in Petoskey, MI!

I have lived here for about 6 years or so now and have had no real issues, things have always been very well taken care of. We could have more parking available at our end of the complex ( we only have 15 spaces for 10 apartments) and rent is a bit high for the area but things are pretty nice and well maintained so I guess it evens out for the most part. My incentive for staying here so long was that rent increases were mostly small ($50 a year) until last year when it increased $150 to “market price” so now I may look to some of the newer complexes that are a bit less expensive.

I would recommend Bear Creek for anyone who wants good amenities, great location, attentive staff! I have lived here several years and my only complaint would be that you have to remember it is apt living and can hear your neighbors esp through the stairwell area. The prices have gone up with typical inflation rates annually but overall a nice place to live in Petoskey and allow pets with a fee.
