Great place to live. Quiet neighborhood.

I'd recommend living at 1820 South Apartments. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The apartment spaces are clean, spacious, and of good quality.

Great Place for All Ages!

1820 South is a very welcoming, and up-to-date community. Homes are comfortable and sized well, in addition to being very clean. When any problems have popped up, maintenance staff and office staff have been very kind, helpful, prompt, and thorough. I am thankful to this community for being a calm place to return back to after a long day of work. In the instances with noise, I have a neighbor that loves to woodwork on their patio - meaning power tools and loud TV. It's never during "inappropriate hours" per say, but it's just for hours when its happening. Also, some neighbors dogs can be heard barking from time to time. Other than that, I have had 0 problems. The on-site community dog park has a few installations for agility and it is a spacious park. I've recommended to all my friends that are looking for a new apartment, hopefully some apply!
