Have lived here for 5 years. Seems to be a lot of resident turn over in the Bldg I live in. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and staff is very friendly. Exercise room is poor and equipment is not maintained well even after issues are reported. Rent is reasonable and in the 5 years I have lived here they have only raised it once.

I have rate Amenities & Maintenance bad entirely based on the fact that the both Treadmills in the exercise room have been broken ever since I moved in over a year ago. I have brought this to Staff's attention multiple times and nothing has been done about it. In regards to the job the Maintenance department does in responding to issues with my actual unit they are excellent. Quick response & they fix the problem. You need to get someone in to fix the treadmills before winter hits so they can be used. If not then pull them out entirely.
