I think the property is beautiful and I enjoy the location and people living here. My only complaint is the price is quite high for one bedrooms compared to two bedrooms that have a lot more square footage, a storage bunk, and a balcony. Maintenance has always been fast and effecient.

I moved in last summer and for the same rate they charge for a one bedroom at 536 sq foot, you can get a 1,500 sq foot 2 bedroom townhome down the road. There is very limited closet space because of the 40 gallon water heater in the bedroom. The parking is FCFS, There is no parking passes so if your neighbors have company, be prepared to park super far. The maintenance is always super nice, helpful and quick. Its a quieter place to live but they leasing office lacks whenever you have extremely disrespectful neighbors and nearly assault you. You can also expect your rent to go up nearly $250 upon renewal of your lease.
