Nice temporary place to live

I moved in last summer and for the same rate they charge for a one bedroom at 536 sq foot, you can get a 1,500 sq foot 2 bedroom townhome down the road. There is very limited closet space because of the 40 gallon water heater in the bedroom. The parking is FCFS, There is no parking passes so if your neighbors have company, be prepared to park super far. The maintenance is always super nice, helpful and quick. Its a quieter place to live but they leasing office lacks whenever you have extremely disrespectful neighbors and nearly assault you. You can also expect your rent to go up nearly $250 upon renewal of your lease.

Enjoy living here!!!

I am a current resident of mason hills they have more then accommodating to my needs. Before I moved I asked if could install hand rails in the shower and bathroom, this was done prior to me moving in. After I had moved in I ask if a rail could be installed at the building exit door, this was done in three days of my request. Sara the on site leasing agent is more then happy to come down and pick up my rent check from me. I really do enjoy living here!
