McClellan Estates is a pet-friendly community where we allow both cats and dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence. Pet rent is $30 per pet, per month. There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet. We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

What does it take to get things fixed around here?

The maintenance here is beyond a joke, we have been waiting months just to get a closet door fixed. We had a leak in our kitchen, Maintenance came and cut a hole in the ceiling about 12 inches by 12 inches wide. He stated he would be back the next day to patch the hole FlashForward 2 1/2 months later it’s still there. We have contacted the office several times, but get the same excuse that a ticket was made. We had an issue where boards were rotten by the window and ants were getting in. We had to deal with that for 2 Summers straight before they finally sent somebody over to fix it.
