I have lived here for 10 years. I enjoy the residents I live by and their friendliness and willingness to help with problems. I think the charge for the laundry is way to much for seniors who use it, however. I also would suggest that we have some sort of outdoor chairs/picnic tables in the grassy areas behind 1538 and 1540 so we can enjoy being outside and not be in the full sun. Also being elderly and not able to climb stairs having the entry door to the pool and exercise areas through the laundry door is of no use to me. There should be a way to make the entry through the lst floor door accessible for us. My other complaint would be the dumpsters. The ones we have require that our garbage bags need to be lifted up to one side and rolled into the other while we hold open the door. The height to lift the bag up is definitely not compatible for the elderly.
