I’ve lived at Capitol View since August ‘24 in a studio unit, relocating from Fl. My experience here has been absolutely great! The apartment itself is beautiful and I have a wonderful view. The maintenance staff is very prompt, and all of my issues have been minor (small leaks, temp. heat issue). James was very helpful and accomodating in my transition, and living here has made it much easier. The amenities are also very nice, and the location is pretty central. I definitely feel that I get the value for the price. The only thing is that the electric is quite high, but that is the beauty of electric heating in the winter I suppose. I would absolutely recommend checking Capitol View out for your next home!
