Wellington Woods Senior Apartment Community

My grandparents were only there for a couple years, but their time at Wellington woods were wonderful. Everyone was friendly to my grandparents and those of us that came to visit! Ed who lived there and worked the main door was one of my favorite people! Jamie, the property manager, was always kind. She seemed to be close to everyone and to enjoy her job. She was prompt at handing situations, and always seemed to want the best for everyone. We will always be grateful for the couple years my grandparents were there.

I have been residing here for about six weeks and have been very happy here. The staff are attentive and helpful and the other residents have been friendly. I feel safe and comfortable here, yet everything I need is close by. I have made a few friends here and feel that I will be here for a good period of time. I have been made to feel welcome and my apartment is neat and clean. If I had a friend who was looking for retirement housing, I would definitely steer them in this direction.

I have lived here for about six weeks and am very happy here. This is a different type of living situation for me (coming from a duplex) so I was a little unsure at first. But the staff has been very helpful and I feel comfortable and happy here. The residents are friendly and I've made some friends. But the biggest thing is I feel safe and content here. I want to mention Jamie Ferrari in particular, she has been very helpful and has shared all the important information necessary. She never acts like I'm a bother when I come in with a question. At my age, i find this to be a very stress-free environment and I think I'm going to be here a long time. :)

I've been here this July of 2026 will be a year and I can he'll say that it's been a good year here from the tenants to maintenance to management and all that management does for everyone here at Wellington Woods has been a fantastic experience there is much to be appreciated as tenant here at Wellington Woods. Much detail goes into making the life here for all tenants a happy warm and loving atmosphere. Jamie manages everything here at Wellington woods and she is fantastic understanding and she works very hard to make sure that everything here goes well for everyone. So if you get a chance to be a tenant here know that it's going to be the best decision you have made.

My Mother has been living in Wellington woods for 7 yrs. She is 95 and very independent. I just want to give a shout out to Jamie Ferrari the management. From day 1 Jamie has gone out of her way and be on to help out my mother if she has any questions or concerns. Not only for my mom for all the residents. Very caring and a great go to person. She runs that place great! Also clean and everything is taking care of. residents seem nice and happy. Jamie is one of a kind person always there when u need ANYTHING thank you Jamie Ferrari for ALL you do. You Rock!
