Kalamazoo Apartments Our intimate, yet spacious one-bedroom homes include up to 563 square feet, proving to be a perfect choice for a low-maintenance space. The two-bedroom layouts offer a tad more space and go up to 699 square feet and provide an ideal setting for a larger household, furry friends included, of course. All our homes feature one bathroom and an optional private patio or balcony, while the kitchen flows into the living room area to create the ideal conditions for cooking and entertaining friends at home alike. Gas forced-air heating, blinds and air conditioning are present in all homes, and we also provide water, sewer, and trash services, as well as having the gas for heating, cooking, and hot water included. On our grounds, you have picnic and grill areas perfect for enjoying meals with friends and family during summer days. Laundry facilities, off-street parking, bike racks, and 24-hour maintenance services are also offered, as is community recycling, and controlled access into each building.
