If you are looking for a place to live, Burwick Farms would be it!! Beautiful landscaping, quiet, large apartments, beautiful pool, and the staff is very nice and friendly, and maintenance is quick to help you! I love living here, there is no other place that compares!!

When my wife and I were looking for an apartment to rent, this was the first place we toured, and we filled out an application immediately! It’s been 3 years and we haven’t looked back. Our dog loves the dog park, we love the walking trails and how close the complex is to downtown Howell, and our apartment is the perfect size. Maintenance works hard, the office staff is amazing and so kind. Parking can be hard to find sometimes, but I recommend you get a garage in case you need it if the parking lots are full.

I have lived here for 2 years now and just love it! love the location and the amenities here. The pool is very nice and we have a gym. Everyone is very friendly and if you are looking for a place to where you can have peace and quiet, this would be it. after a long stressful day at work, I like to go sit on my balcony and just relax and enjoy the quiet. I highly recommend Burwick Farms Apartments!

I personally had a great experience with Burwick. I moved relatively quickly and decided on an apartment fast. They were there for every step of the way. The maintenance team was responsive and great when I had a pipe burst! They were on top of the situation and resolved it right away. The pool was a great feature, the apartments are spacious and clean, and the deck was in the perfect spot. If you are thinking of choosing Burwick.. do it!! You won’t regret it
