Nice place to live especially if you have a dog (has dog park on property, allows large breed dogs, not much dog poop around. Downsides: relatively rundown apartments. upsides: dog friendly, leasing managers leave you alone. quick maintenance. nice staff.

I've only lived here about 2 months, and have found it pleasant! I love the amount of parking close to my building. The place is dated, but appears clean and maintained. I asked for maintenance upon move-in, and they were right on it. So far so good!

I moved into these apartments over a year ago and they have been so peaceful and quiet I cannot even tell I have neighbors from inside my own unit. Maintenance responds quickly to everything, and it's easy to get someone on the phone at the office. I love having twenty four hour access to the pool and fitness center as well. The entire property is clean and well maintained, just beautiful honestly. I had no problem signing a new lease this year and intend to next year as well.

The buildings and amenities are clean and well-maintained, however the maintenance dept. ignores safety concerns of residents, and the office staff has given false and/or misleading info to incoming tenants.
