I’ve only been here a little less than a month, but moved from out of state so I had to go through the touring process virtually! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful, and communication was quick! I was even able to have a friend pick up my keys early so he could bring in packages and such in for me. Once moving in, I found a few maintenance issues, and added two maintenance requests to Scott. He was here within 24 hours and fixed them both very quickly! I also got an email from the property manager welcoming me to the community very shortly after I moved in. I’d highly recommend Lakewood if you are looking for apartments in the area.

The management here is great! Michaela has made the move in process so easy for me! She is very responsive to emails, and always welcoming to questions to walk us first apartment renters through the process! My pup loves the opportunity to walk through the woods right outside our door! The apartments are spacious, nice and cozy! So glad I chose here to move into.

Staff not returning emails or calls. Maintenance quick to respond but not always helpful. Landscaping needs serious updating. Hallways often smell. Not good management anymore. Things were taken care of well when Mikella (not sure how to spell) was here but Elsa has been very unhelpful. And the price keeps going up. Almost $800 for 700 sq feet is NOT worth it.
