Happy and comfortable.

I have been living here since February 2020, just before the pandemic started. We enjoy living here, the location is great, the apartment set up is great, price is fair. The only downside I would say has been sometimes if a new upstairs neighbor is a larger person, you are greeted with heavy footsteps that disrupt sleep and peace and quiet. You get used to it sometimes, but it is very unpleasant 75% of the time. Overall, can't really complain, only gratitude.
