Crescent View Village Apartments

The location, staff, layout of apartment, appliances, and garages are wonderful. However, there is zero insulation so you hear everything from your neighbors. From coughing, talking, and TVs to dogs nails on the floor...it is like they are in the room with you.

Crescent View's team made the move in process very smooth, and the apartment itself was super well maintained. They have a great setup with parking for all of their residents. I'm so glad I chose them!

Sad to say in this brand new building, we hear word-for-word our neighbor talking in a normal voice on the phone. Imagine it when he's streaming music. I am guessing he can hear our TV during primetime. We can't hear voices, TV or music from our upstairs neighbors, but can hear every footfall. If they drop the remote, it sounds like a frying pan being slammed down onto the floor. Happily, we love all of our neighbors on all sides.

These are super high end apartments with fantastic staff, unfortunately they did not put in sound board or insulation so uou canbhear your neighbors cough, and every bit of rhier dauky activity.

We have lived in Cresentview apartments for almost two months and are loving so far. Great location and so quite and peacefully. Glad we made the move.
