Been here 4 years. Absolutely Love it. Staff is friendly. Maintenance response is quick. I've lived in other apartments, but the staff at the Castle is by far the best.

I've been here since it opened in 2018 and can say it's ok overall. If you take advantage of the gym and are either a family or splitting rent with roommates, it's affordable in that it's at the overvalued market price like everything else. The worst things about the place is the tandem parking, the extreme cold in the winters due to air leaks and only having a heat pump (very costly and constantly runs when on), and the noise levels can get quite loud depending on neighbors (I swear people have personal workshops in their apartments).

This place is amazing and very spacey. I like how they have food trucks come here time to time. They try to bring the residence together with nice and fun events. Maintenance is very quick with fixing things. I reminded a fuse blow for my refrigerator and I call the emergency maintenance number and they come and fix the issue in 30 minutes. I would love here for ever if I could.

There are always challenges that arise with any building where you have neighbors. My only gripe with the Castle itself is the lack of amenities towards children. They’ve got do much money thrown at dogs and dog owners, but nothing for little kids.
