What others love about this property:
OK short-term but rent high
I've been here since it opened in 2018 and can say it's ok overall. If you take advantage of the gym and are either a family or splitting rent with roommates, it's affordable in that it's at the overvalued market price like everything else. The worst things about the place is the tandem parking, the extreme cold in the winters due to air leaks and only having a heat pump (very costly and constantly runs when on), and the noise levels can get quite loud depending on neighbors (I swear people have personal workshops in their apartments).
Very nice place
This place is amazing and very spacey. I like how they have food trucks come here time to time. They try to bring the residence together with nice and fun events. Maintenance is very quick with fixing things. I reminded a fuse blow for my refrigerator and I call the emergency maintenance number and they come and fix the issue in 30 minutes. I would love here for ever if I could.
The Grand Castle welcomes both cats and dogs, with a two pet maximum per apartment. There is a $300 nonrefundable fee for your first pet, and a $150 nonrefundable fee for your second pet. There is also a $25 monthly fee per pet.
