I have been living here for 7 months and there’s mold in my bedroom due to poor insulation. Maintenance has been here 3 times, the first time they told me to keep my window open and spray it with bleach. The second time they told me it looks like tobacco tar from a previous resident or rust dripping from the A/C. The second time they came he sprain the orange substance that was dripping from the A/C . There are many issues with this place. The toilet cracks are not covered so there are ants that come in through the toilet cracks. The walls have cracks under to where I can see the space between my apartment and the apartment next to mine. The fan shakes very bad when it is on anything higher than the lowest setting! I’ve contacted the health department and other departments since nothing is being done by the apartment complex.

Everything is quiet, walkable, in a good location, and we are happy with our unit and where it's located. The neighbors we've encountered are friendly, and the staff are sociable and easy to communicate with.
