New management

This complex has gone extremely downhill since this company took over. Dumpsters overflowing, dog waste and loose trash all over the grounds, no one on site in the office or onsite maintnance. We had to shovel our own snow this past winter and literally beg them to do it. Not worth the amount in rent for no amenities (no pool, no fitness center, no clubhouse, etc) and to pretty much maintain the apartment grounds ourselves. We cannot wait to move once our lease is up, we even considered buying out of our lease it’s so bad.
