Great place

The staff is so nice! The apartment is perfect for us and the neighborhood is quiet and has a great atmosphere. Definitely so happy to be here, this place is great!

Office and maintenance staff

I have been a resident for 5 years. My interaction with office staff and maintenance has been beyond wonderful, always greeted with smile, conversation, and shared laughter. I recently lost my dog Cody, the sympathy received from Tami, Kellie, Nate and Jason was so heart felt. My Cody loved seeing Jason and Nate, they always make a point to interact with Cody.

Best staff in the world

The staff went above and beyond to possibly save my life. I will never leave. They did a wellness check and found me on the floor and called 911. The property is in great condition and improvements every year. I have great neighbors and the staff always respond to issues I may have in regards to my apartment I would recommend Riverwood 5 star rating.
