I have been a tenant for 7 years at Riverwood Luxury Apartments. Whenever I have a maintenance need, they do their best to fix the problem expeditiously. Staff is friendly and are very caring. Upgrades to the buildings are happening constantly. They care about the tenants well being.

It's about the best we've ever rented. The location is very good with easy access, but not in a busy part of the metro. The place is quiet enough inside and out. The storage is enough for us. Parking is good, with the option of a small rental for covered parking and a bit more for individual garaged parking. We haven't tried the pool yet. The best (for us retired people) is that we were able to get a 2 bedroom on ground level with NO stairs! We plan to live here a long time.

I have lived here approximately 15 years and would never live anywhere else. I absolutely love it here. The office staff is fantastic and tend to your needs very promptly and efficiently and timely. The maintenance men are very cordial and accommodating and very willing to listen to what your problems might be. As I say there is no other place I would rather live than here and I have been in this county and city for 40 years now. Thank you and keep up the great work Riverwood!!!
