Honestly!! If your looking for peaceful, efficient, well kept property, I've never met a more amazing maintenance crew anywhere that I've stayed. Including Atlanta. I've also never seen a manager get out, and put the work in on the property the way this manager does. One thing I won't do is take away how amazing this property is managed, to keep this property up. Oh when it snows. These parking lots are clean. They get right out there. With every snow. This truly is a well kept property. Period....

I have been a tenant for 7 years at Riverwood Luxury Apartments. Whenever I have a maintenance need, they do their best to fix the problem expeditiously. Staff is friendly and are very caring. Upgrades to the buildings are happening constantly. They care about the tenants well being.

It's about the best we've ever rented. The location is very good with easy access, but not in a busy part of the metro. The place is quiet enough inside and out. The storage is enough for us. Parking is good, with the option of a small rental for covered parking and a bit more for individual garaged parking. We haven't tried the pool yet. The best (for us retired people) is that we were able to get a 2 bedroom on ground level with NO stairs! We plan to live here a long time.
