Its okay. Dont expect to much while living here.
Good location
The location and price is great. Just needs some updates and a working elevator.
I like it.
Living here for two years has been okay. I work 3rd shift and its pretty quiet theoughout the say and night. No one trying to break into your apartment so yahta always good. No real complaints.
Good apartments, would be fantastic with some improvememts
The apartments are well designed, with hardwood and gas ranges. Heat and gas are included, and the double windows, while old, help with insulation. Parking is good, only 25 a month. Low noise score mostly I-475 is literally a stone's throw away from the apartment, and the bus station is equidistant on the other side. The staff is friendly enough, landlady (sumera) is nice enough and is fair with lease renewals. There are only two washers and driers, but it seems like enough for right now? Theyre coin operated. I wish the front door had a keycode instead of an actual key lock, and a working elevator would be nice, though I'm told it's in the works. However, for what you pay for and the proximity of downtown and the farmers market (literally across the street), it's a great, if small, apartment.

There isn't anything outstanding about residing here.
