I have lived here almost 2 years. It is my first apartment, and it has been wonderful. My landlady is very kind, the maintenance crew is always available when I need them (which actually isn't very often), and the location is quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this place to someone looking for an affordable 2 bedroom apartment!

I've lived here for almost 2 years and the place is excellent. Rent is reasonable and management is very attentive to the tenants needs. I would recommend this apartment complex and Victor Cassar Management to anyone looking to rent an apartment.

Great place to live for small family, couple or single person for the price. Alrhough its not updated, the locatjon and quite lif back area make it worth it. The apartments are nestled behind condos and inside of a neighborhood - only way in and out is throhgh the neighborhood. Theres nice quiet woods to the side of all the units where you can see wildlife. They are pretty laid back here - from the neighbors, maintenance and rhe manager. Its the cheapest around for a two bedroom in the area!
