I have lived her for 2 years now - and the management is super nice and easy to get in touch with. Parking is interesting since you do get your own spot, but very hard for visitors since they have to find street parking. Location is excellent.

The place is decent. There’s a lot of details you don’t notice until you move in and stay for some time. When my neighbor is working from home, she can hear EVERYTHING going on in my space due to lack of proper sound deadening through insulation. A ton of issues when I moved in…wasn’t cleaned, a number of broken blinds, broken storm door latch and closure, basement utility sink backed up with waste, damaged walls, vanity light shade broken, and much more. Parking…been waiting on my garage to be fixed for almost 2 months. A number of things I’ve taken care of out of pocket, with little to no credit added to my rent statement. The biggest issue is managements lack of urgency when issues are brought to their attention. Not sure if there is a disconnect between staff and management, but again, a number of issues are still looming since I moved in November. I like the location and walk ability of things to do in the neighborhood, but is that enough to make me love living here? No. No it is not. I should’ve kept looking.
