I have lived in Trowbridge Lofts for about 2 years. I really love the location and the apartment is adorable and affordable for the amenities. I have really enjoyed living here, however I do not love DTN. I have had several packages stolen, and was met with resistance when I reached out asking for change. There has been minimal communication about issues in the community and there is minimal upkeep of areas like the bike racks, making it difficult for them to be used. We have not had a gate on our parking in almost a year, and there are some safety concerns. I really love this apartment, but I wish management helped keep it safe and proper.

I have lived here for 3 years now, this is because of the buildings proximity to campus. Maintenance and management are not responsive. I should not have to contact DTN corporate to get my concerns tended to. The condition in which my new apartment was turned over to me was unacceptable and it took weeks to get the issues fixed and there are still issues with the unit. In the past, no matter how many times I called or put in maintenance requests, issues were either not fixed or ignored for a long time--- these were either issues with my unit or with the property in general. Issues that get fixed only get fixed partially despite me calling endlessly.
