It was good. I shared an apartment with two other people. The neighbors were nice and quiet, the parking was good except for night, and the maintenance was solid.

I really like this place for its location (kinda), price, ammenities, but had some inconveniences with things like Getting our refrigerator replaced after we had out a request iin months prior. Turning out of the lot onto the main road can be a nightmare, and there are pretty thin walls. Alltogether though i love the amount of space in the rooms and how we have our own bathrooms, and additionally how the rent portal is set up in an easily understandable manner. I also appreciate how accomadatable the staff were for any exemptions like temporary parking passed when my car was getting work done or when we had wuestions regarding billing practices. 4/5 would stay again.

Rent rose every year, by a lot, went from a good deal to not really worth it, if it continues rising at that rate (which I assume it will) it'll quickly become unsustainable

Love the location right next to Trader Joes. All my friends are impressed. I like the gym, although it is limitng. I like the trees. GR is not too loud. The path to walk to campus is so pretty! It feels luxurious but still in my price range.
