Its expensive but so is everytning in east lansing. Location and amenities are great. Maintenance takes forever and staff doesnt answer emails very quickly, it typically takes a few follow-ups to get a response.

extremely thin walls and ceilings is my biggest problem. Can hear next door neighbor speaking in a regular inside voice and upstairs neighbors footsteps constantly. other than that everything else is pretty nice

It was good. I shared an apartment with two other people. The neighbors were nice and quiet, the parking was good except for night, and the maintenance was solid.
