Great apartment complex

This complex has been nothing but helpful in regards to any concerns that I’ve had throughout the entirety of my lease. Move-in was quick & easy. Office staff have always been friendly, but I will note that response time can fluctuate. A/C went out at the beginning of the summer and maintenance fixed it in a timely manner. The space itself is very nice and has all the amenities that I desire and then some. Price is a little higher than I’d personally like, but definitely fair in this current market. Only issue I’ve personally experienced is neighbors are ill-tempered and not friendly, but this isn’t a reflection of management or the space itself.

First apartment

This is my first apartment experience, and i am so thankful for the tenants all being so welcoming and understanding that this is a huge life change for us. And i feel so safe and comfortable The only thing I wish could be changed is the lack of insulation between floors. Most sounds go through the floors so trying to be respectful. But not live in silence is an adjustment

Like property, but staff seldom returns calls

So far so good. Rick is always helpful with maintenance issues. Everyone on my floor is very friendly. Most are seniors.

Mediocre

If the property was maintained as it should, such as public area cleaning and quick, complete repairs, this would be a really nice place. Rent is appropriate for the building I am in and I chose to renew my lease due to cost and location. It would be nice if upgrade options were available based on length of being a tenant, such as ceiling fans, shower sliding doors, etc.
