There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet.Ā We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

The Positives: This area is really great. The apartments have a nice layout. Outside is quiet. Gym room is nice. The grounds are very clean. The kitchen and granite counters are very nice. Patio is great. The Negatives: The wall to next door neighbor is offensively thin. Too expensive, especially for just one bathroom. The hot water tank is very old and small. Bathtub and shower very old and outdated.

Over two years, its been a real struggle keeping up with all the payments necessary. The staff are usually nice and it is really quiet, but its definitely lacking in some areas that competitors in the area offer at a cheaper apartment rate.

Nice area, the estate is kept very clean, some things inside the apartment feel dated, really nice kitchen, and the cost for a one bath two bed is too much.
