Maintenance request go unanswered for long periods of time, and when maintenance does come, the problem will either be solved and resolved or solved and become a problem for another time because it was not resolved properly. The washer and dryer situation are too expensive and the machines do not work well and getting the wash company or the office to act on the problems seems almost impossible unless we bombard them with phone calls. The office staff is not always friendly and often when making maintenance request Their tone over the phone seems annoyed. The rent does not match the quality of the apartment and the care of the amenities is very minimal.

I completely gave up after asking for my dishwasher to be fixed since I moved in. I asked every month for about 6 months before just giving up on it. I told the staff in person, then email, and then finally gave up on it. The neighbors still smoke indoors and I was told in my lease agreement that was not acceptable. Once again, the staff doesn't seem to care about any of that. I have been documenting the entire thing and won't be staying for another lease term.
