Would not recommend

Car can be vandalized in neighborhood—windshield wiper broke, tires spray painted by neighbors, vicious notes left on window, etc. Car can be hit (i.e., side swiped, fender bumped, etc.) by neighbors when parking because people pack tightly together. Car can get ticketed for wanting to park near your home (parking next to a fire hydrant). Neighbors blow fireworks off your car in July. Broken laundry machine for weeks. Always an eviction notice on main door every few months. Smelly halls. Thin walls. Cheap paint on walls and design flaws hidden behind aesthetics. Small countertop—no space. No storage, no amenities outside of being close to downtown. Overall, wouldn’t recommend for the price increases. May lose more than you gain, in time.

Vinewood apartments are new, clean, and comfortable!

The property manager is always on top of it and takes great care of the place. The units are new, clean, and comfortable. The location is also great in SW Detroit with lots of great food nearby.
