I have lived in Orleans Landing for 3 years. We started out in a two bedroom and now live in the townhomes. Everyone has their own experiences and each time we've need anything the staff has been great. We do have a new team in place now so I hope we continue on a good path forward. I would definitely recommend.

Since we toured the property, the gates, doorbell, intercom, entrances...basically, the security systems have not worked. These are features that made it worth the decision to lease here. It is our home now and we are totally vested but I really want the security system so that I can really feel secure and refer friends and family to join us here. One very cold day, there was a possible homeless man in the halls. That may be the only time that not having locked doors didn’t bother me so much. Yet, I know that strangers in the halls would not be the case if the security was repaired.

I like the area of these apartments! Only bad thing is the amenities could be updated and taken care of better so they are not broken/unclean.

Exexcellent location and friendly staff. Safe parking but slow response on repairs. In unit washer and dryer is a plus.
