Too many maintenance problems, heater that selectively works and lack of hot water for months. Shouldn’t have these many issues considering the cost of rent.

Parking for loading is not available for residents. Recycling is not offered. Carts are rarely available. Property is kept clean and maintained well. Cleaning and maintenance staff are excellent. Leasing staff are rigid and unresponsive.
