Beautiful Renovated Apartments

Lafayette Park Place was my perfect selection because of its location and value. I was looking for a place close to the Waterfront and this is just a few minutes walk away. My apartment was fully renovated, the floors, the appliances and freshly painted. The staff is great from Alvin the leasing manager to the two maintenance guys. I have never had to wait more than a day to get anything fixed. They are very helpful, and they know what they are doing. The grass is kept cut and they clean up the lot every weekday. During the winter, they also keep the walkways clear and the parking lot. I also love that there are large patios big enough to decorate and enjoy the extra room. I would definitely recommend for the location and price compared to other apartments in the area. There is currently no club house or pool which would be nice but that may be in the works later. There is also the convenience of having a very nice Meijer store right across the street.

Bang for your buck

This place is honestly amazing. Located just outside the immediate downtown area. You can live downtown without worrying about the downtown traffic or nosie. You can walk or take an inexpensive rideshare to major events! More importantly you can walk right across the street to the Meijer Rivertown Market and if they dont have what you need there are serveral nearby stores. Management is nice, understanding and reliable. If they add a pool and grilling area the property would be a 200/100.
