Understanding that being in the heart of downtown Detroit was my goal, Fourteen56 offers that opportunity at an affordable rate without compromising quality. The team is super helpful and willing to assist with every question about living in The D. I recommend checking it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Overall, for the amount of money you spend on rent, this place is not worth the money. The maintenance is terrible, if you ever have anything go wrong in the apartment it takes over 2 weeks for them to fix it. Parking is not included and trying to obtain parking anywhere near your apartment costs upwards of $200/month. The place is not well-insulated and you can constantly hear cars during the nighttime. The size of the apartment is wonderful and the location is the only thing going for it.
