Morrell Apartments

I've thoroughly enjoyed living here. The location is ideal, offering easy access to everything I need. The place itself has all the amenities I could ask for, making it a perfect fit for my lifestyle. Highly recommended!

This is a nice place to live. Issues are solved relatively quickly and staff are nice and helpful.

Living at Morrell Apartments was a love-hate experience. Because of the noise and temperature fluctuations, this was not a good choice for working from home. The space is very cute for people who do not stay home often and do not have many things. The location and neighborhood are fun and lively but very noisy. The building is loud with thin, poorly insulated walls resulting in expensive utility bills. The central air is also very loud but it does a good job of drowning out the loud building and street noises. AC was recently installed which was a small bonus. Major inconveniences: Very limited street parking with aggressive neighbors. Two washers and two dryers for a building with twenty units is insufficient--the machines do not work well so plan to go to the laundromat where you'll save money. Tiny kitchen and bathroom that can feel suffocating and impossible to declutter. Little closet/storage space but the basement could be used for that if they invested in it. Let downs: The maintenance workers and property manager are not very responsive even if it's an emergency, and they give you a hard time about contacting them even though they gave out their number to contact them if something was wrong. It can sometimes take weeks to get HVAC or appliance issues resolved. They seem very overworked by new properties but that was a frustrating burden to take on as an existing tenant. When I moved in, the space had not been cleaned--including appliances. Ultimately this space was not a good home for me and my pet but the neighborhood is great.

I love morrell apartments great for first apartment

I’ve loved living at Morrell. Nicole, the property manager, is amazing. She’s available, responsive, gets things taken care of in a timely manner, and you can tell she loves her job! The builidng is cute with some great original details. There’s a garden club that you can be a part of and also enjoy the veggies. The neighbors in the building have been respectful and kind. Street parking can seem a bit daunting but I never had trouble finding a spot. There are a ton of great taco trucks, sweets shops, bakeries, and restaurants in walking distance. I definitely recommend living at Morrell.
