I do love the apartments and the neighbors are nice enough. Nice, central location right next to grocery stores and gas stations. The building is right where the parades and fireworks happen downtown so I can literally watch them from my windows, which is nice. Walking distance to McCurdy Park and the events there. Maintenance is always timely and when there was an emergency issue with the roof, they were right on it. The only downside (aside from the unit inspections, which is stressful) is that the company can't keep managers. They're overworked and underpaid and end up quitting after a couple of months so don't get used to them.

I LOVE my apartment. I LOVE the building and the property. Unfortunately, the availability of management and maintenance is sparse, meaning your needs are not met. I have had ongoing issues since the first year I moved in, (2019), that I have brought up with every manager that has come through her but it has yet to be resolved. I have never lived in a place that operated like this.

This is a beautiful place to live. However I've got one major complaint. I'll start with the good. Great staff and complex management. Absolutely GORGEOUS historical building with restored original woodwork. Apartments are all as updated as can be, with included refrigerator, above range microwave, dishwasher, and a huge plus; included washer and dryer in individual units. All appliances are new and updated. Entirety of units are completely up to date and modern. Multiple ceiling fans in each unit. High quality, modern ceiling fans. All beautiful brand new windows that are energy efficient and have a slight tint to them. Certain basement units have really poor natural lighting due to windows not seeing much sun. All main and upper floor units have BEAUTIFUL WINDOWS! Huge windows, and a lot of em per unit. Entire building is environmentally advanced. Hallways have motion activated lighting. Heavy thick wooden entry doors with high quality hardware. Big bathroom/laundry room. Not to mention, their are NOT cookie cutter units. Every single unit is different than the other. Sizes and layouts. The smallest units are 1,000sqft. I wish there was space for a pool, but that's not much of a complaint. Maintenance is quick to handle any issues that do arise and very friendly. In my opinion these are the most unique and nicest units available in shiawasse County. Now to my big complaint. Everything about this place is beautiful. Then you walk to the basement level and the common area hallways are bare concrete floor and have been almost a year. There was an issue that caused the floor to need pulled and some work done. Now the downstairs tenants have to walk in and out to bare, chipped, concrete floors. In the past 6 months I have saw one company looking at it, for about 5 minutes. It's very disappointing that such a GORGEOUS place ; would not have utmost importance on getting rid of this eyesore and unfortunity to the downstairs tenants.

I have never been happier at a rental property. The manager, Jenny, sees to every need promptly and professionally. The one maintenance request that I put in was dealt with immediately. The common areas are kept clean and most of the residents are friendly. I have only been here for three months but from what other residents tell me, the grounds are kept clear during the winter. There is little to no noise, even from pets. I absolutely love it here and have recommended it to friends that are looking.
