Security pet deposit $300

Max weight 25 lb each. A one-time, deposit of three hundred dollars ($300) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications.  Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds.  Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit.  A Resident is only allowed two (2) pets per unit.  Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit.  NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances:  Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

Nice place to live. It's quiet, close to the park, Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. There was a management problem in that there have been problems keeping a manager. There is one there now but it's a job that seems to have a high turnover rate.

Every thing is fine except we are without a Manager for months at a time. I see that I am being charged lare rent payments and how is this possible. My rebt is automatic pay from my bank account. If it was lat it is because were late on your end. I am not paying late charges for something that is not my fault. So please remove these charges from my account. Some people that live there get special trearment.They allow people not on the lease to live there….and than they park in vistors parking spaces. Staff ignores it and so they flaunt it to other residents that they can break the rules! ( even higher up in maugement). I beleive 3 people are living in one unit and two are not on the lease. ik the unit # but will not provide unless someone does something about it. Do yr inspections check thes units on days that they donrt expect as they leave for the day on days office staff is there. And come back at night. Ps I do not live st Tibbets green.( lots more I can say)
